How to place an order: 1. Take an order according to the options you need. 2.  Please email the customized information with the recipient's name and the customized product. The content is a mandatory customization requirement: 1. Color card codes for eyes, skin, and skin tone, with the color card on the linked image ,the name of the customized base (if needed). 2. At least 3 high-definition photos, with file names named according to the purpose of use, including: 1. Front head photo 2. Full body clothing reference image 3. Posture reference image (if the posture is the same as the clothing image, use the same photo to name the posture image). 4. If there is a logo on the clothing, please send all logo flat photos or patterns3. Large accessories require additional fees. Please take a picture of the accessory . If you need them, please communicate with us. We will send you photos within 3 working days to confirm the effect of the facial features and head. At this time, minor modifications can be made, but modifications are not supported after the full body production is completed within 5-7 work days.
Attention: Customized orders do not support refunds as we are unable to resell and production costs have already been incurred. If there are any areas of dissatisfaction with the sculpture, we can make modifications.
The production cycle is 7-15 working days, which needs to be determined based on the number of people and complexity involved in the production, as well as the number of modifications required. If there is an urgent need, please contact us.
